For the time being, I like being able to say, “Well, next weekend, I’ve got my marathon. The weekend after that, I’m going to to be in Halifax. And the weekend after that, I’ll be in New York City. I’m sorry but I cannot hang out with you.”

But, trust me, that’s as exciting as it will get and for four months after, I’ll be working tirelessly towards accumulating vacation days and confined to rollerblading/hiking/BBQing/whatnot in or around the city. Yippee.

    I didn’t have my ear to the ground and didn’t know there was an R’n'R Marathon in Seattle – it’s your first! – in June. I would have considered it for sure! I would consider going down that weekend and cheer people on…. :D
